Features of lightweight high alumina brick:

Lightweight high alumina brick has the characteristics of small bulk density, low thermal conductivity, excellent heat insulation performance and stable quality. It can be used for lining or insulating layer of various high temperature furnaces. The mechanism is formed at one time, burning the addition process, while retaining the traditional foam to light method, casting molding, uniform cross-sectional structure of the products, pore forming complementary honeycomb, so that the product's compressive strength and heat insulation performance can reach a higher level. The shape of all products are ground and shaped, and the size deviation is small, which can meet the special needs of furnace masonry.

Content of lightweight high alumina brick products:

Lightweight refractories with alumina content of more than 48% are mainly composed of mullite, glass phase or corundum. The bulk density was 0.4-1.35g/cm3. The porosity is 66% ~ 73%, and the compressive strength is 1 ~ 8Mpa. The thermal shock resistance is good. Usually, bauxite clinker and a small amount of clay are usually used. After being fined, it is poured and formed in slurry form by gas generation or foam method, and is sintered at 1300~1500 degrees. Sometimes industrial alumina can be used to replace part of bauxite clinker. It is used for lining and insulating layer of furnace, as well as parts without strong erosion and erosion of high temperature molten materials. When contacting with flame directly, the surface contact temperature shall not be higher than 1350 ℃.
